STESSA Construction, LLC was founded in 2017 with a clear purpose: bring better service, sharper attention to detail, and honest craftsmanship to residential construction in the Chattanooga area. Our founder came from a background in real estate, where he saw firsthand how often homeowners were left with poor communication, cut corners, and finished products that fell short of what was promised. That experience shaped everything about how STESSA operates today.

Starting a construction company from a real estate background gave us a different lens. We think about your property the way an owner thinks about it, not just as a job to finish and move on from. Every decision we make on a project reflects what we would want if it were our own home. That mindset drives how we plan, how we communicate, and how we hold ourselves accountable to the finished result.

We are a licensed residential contractor (License #79488) serving homeowners and property owners across Hamilton County and Bradley County, TN, as well as Cherokee County, AL. Our work spans communities including Chattanooga, Ooltewah, Cleveland, Apison, East Ridge, Harrison, Hixson, Soddy Daisy, Georgetown, McDonald, Centre, and the surrounding region. Whether your project is a few miles from our home base in McDonald or across the county line, we bring the same standard of work to every site.

Our services cover the full scope of residential construction, from the ground up and from the inside out. On the site work side, we handle land clearing, excavation, grading, driveway construction, retaining walls, pads and foundations, and septic system installations. On the building and remodeling side, we take on custom home construction, home additions, kitchen remodeling, and bathroom remodeling. Having that range under one roof means fewer handoffs, clearer accountability, and a smoother process for you.

We believe in quality over quantity. We would rather do fewer projects and do them right than stretch thin and deliver less than our best. That means we are selective about our commitments, honest about timelines, and straightforward when something on a project needs a real conversation. You will always know where your project stands.
